Jobbik invites students for discussion

Contrary to the practice of the current Hungarian government, Jobbik, as the most popular party with youth, is willing to consider students’ input as to how they would reform the education system. In order to do so, Prime Minister Candidate Gábor Vona and President of the relevant Parliamentary Committee Dóra Dúró have initiated a meeting with the leaders of the student demonstrations. The right way to respond to the ideas of the young generations is not to reject them or cynically ignore them but to listen to them openly. This should be a natural process in 21st-century politics and education but such concepts as bringing up conscious citizens or promoting critical thinking and cooperation represent no value for the current government at all.
